- 英文摘要: The released concentration of hemoglobin ( [ Hb ] ) or phosphatidylcholine ( [ PC ] ) from liposome encapsulated hemoglobin suspensions (LEH) after incubated in plasma has been investigated under different shear force. After the sample exposed to a rotational viscometer for 2 minutes, released [ Hb ] and [ PC ] were determined by a spectrophotometric assay. The results showed that the quantities of Hb and PC released increased with increasing volume ratio of plasma to LEH, longer time period of plasma incubation and higher shear force applied to LEH. There was a strong correlation between released [ Hb ] and [ PC ] after LEH was incubated with different volume ratio of plasma (e.g., [ Hb ] =1.763 [ PC ] +0.015, R=0.99, for 8 part of LEH to one part of plasma). Furthermore, strong correlations between [ Hb ] and [ PC ] also observed for LEH suspensions under different shear rates. The results of the study also suggested that shear force is an important factor to cause the releases of PC and Hb from LEH.
