- 中文摘要: 此研究旨在探討高溫和光動力療法合併處理對罹患皮下腫瘤鼷的療效。將個腹水癌細胞接種在BALB/c鼷鼠股部的皮下,俟腫瘤之直徑長至10±2 mm 時,將134隻長有腫瘤的動物,分別予以高溫或光動力療法單獨或合併的處理,每天一次,連續三天。用光動力療法治療腫瘤時,先注射血紫質衍化物(HPD, 7.5 或 10 mg/kg, i.p.),後用112.5mW/ 功率的氫離子雷射光照射 11.12 分鐘,腫瘤所接受的總能量為 75 J/。高溫處理乃用電熱針插入腫瘤中心,產生的溫度分別為 44 及45°C,各處理 30 分鐘。 此研究結果顯示:高溫和光動力療法的合併療效較其單獨處理者為佳,其中以10.0 mg/kg的 HPD 和 75 J/ 雷射能量的光動力療法,與 44°C(30分鐘)的高溫合併處理的療效為最佳,其死亡率為12.5%;其平均存活時間為 113.8 天。
- 英文摘要: The therapeutic effects of photodynamic therapy and hyperthermia on mice bearine subcutaneoustumors were investigated. Ehrlich ascites tumor cells were implanted subcutaneously into thefemoral area of BALB/c mice. A total of 134 tumor-bearing mice were treated with photodynamic therapy,i.e., adminstration of laser irradiation (514.5 nm, 112.5 mW/ for 11.12 min with a total energy 75J/) after injection (i.p.) of hematoporphyrin derivative (HPD, 7.5 and 10.0 mg/kg body weight) and/orhyperthermia (by electric heating needles to 44 and 45°C for 30 min) once a day for three successive days. The results revealed that the therapeutic effects of the combination of photodynamic therapy andhyperthermia were improved when compared with photodynamic therapy or hyperthermia alone. A com-bination of photodynamic therapy (10.0 mg HPD/kg body weight and 75 J/ of total laser irradiationenergy) and hyperthermia (44°C for 30 min) had the best therapeutic effect, indicating that the mortalityrate within 120 days was 12.5% and the mean survival time was 113.8 days.
