- 中文摘要: 本試驗係採取臺中地區栽培,未經冬季低溫之巨峰葡萄一年生枝條,修剪成6cm長之單芽枝條,進行對照、失水、低溫、2-isopentenyladenine, ethylene chlorohydrin等處理,以觀察其對萌芽、發根、產生癒合組織,以及對內生生長素Abscisic Acid, Zeatin含量變化之影響。剛採收之枝條,ABAA含量高達每克鮮重26.13 x10-1 mg,Zeatin之含量只達2.20 x 10-4 mg,扦插於20~25℃之砂床中後,ABA維持相當高含量,Zeatin含量則於後期漸增,扦插後二十天開始萌芽,延續至第五十天只達32.5%萌芽率。其他處理均能促使足雊之萌芽0℃,三星期之處理能使ABA含量降至極微量而失水,2ip及45℃熱空氣處理,則促使Zeatin之大量產生。萌發之插枝中根及癒合組織含Zeatin量最高,老枝其次,嫩梢最低。 外加之ABA和2ip則依處理之先後,分別有不同程度的抑制或促進萌芽作用,大致上依促進生長物質與抑制生長物質之比例(P/I)決定其模式。 文中並論及各種不同處理方法於實際栽培上應用之可能性與方向。
- 英文摘要: Unchilled one-eyed Kyoho grape cuttings,grown in subtropical region, and collected on14 December 1978, were treated by 0℃ for 3-weeks, 45℃ for 6-hours, water stress (20% lossto their original fresh weight), 2-isopentenyladenine, and ethylene chlorohydrin, respectively. The controls were 32.5% bud burst in 50days while treatments resulted in a very high budburst rate. The effects of the treatments on callusformation and root initiation were different.There was a high level of Absicsic Acid content(26.13×10-4 mg/g fresh weight) and a low levelof zeatin (2.20 x 10-4 mg/g) fresh harvested cut-tings. Low temperature treatment significantlydecreased ABA content. Hot air, water stress,and 2ip treatments increased the zeatin contentto a large extent. The exogenous ABA and 2ip inhibited orpremated the bud burst depending upon thesequence of application. The level of buddingswere regulatedly promoter/ inhibitor ratio.
