- 英文摘要: Mixture of spherical particles which differ in size in density or inboth were fluidized by using water as the fluidizing medium. Factors that cause particle size separation were studied and discussed.It was found that the type and the construction of distributor used at theentrance of the fluidized bed greatly affects the particle mixing and se-paration characteristics. For binary mixed particle fluidized systems, the total bed height maybe predicted by simple addition of two individual single particle layersoperated separately, if the particle ratio is greater than 1.24. An index for determining particle size mixing or segregation for binarymixed particle fluidizing system is recommended:
