- 中文摘要: 本研究探討臺灣中部於冬季(10月?1月)自然環境下,澤蛙睪丸組織切片之光學顯微觀察,並決定精子生成活力。睪丸含有許多細精小管,其內有許多不同發生期的生殖囊,囊內含有同一發生期的生殖細胞。於細精小管中,有許多次級精原細胞(Secondary spermatogonia)以及初級精母細胞(Primary spermatocyte)生殖囊形成。當成熟精細胞(Mature spermatid)形成之時,囊壁瓦解。細精小管內有自由散生的成熟精子(Mature spermatozoa)。兩連續月份之間的精子生成活力無顯著差異,且兩連續月份間各期生殖細胞生殖囊(壹期?肆期)數目,和生殖細胞(零期)數目,亦無顯著差異。精子生成過程仍然存在,並呈連續型週期。
- 英文摘要: Tests of rice frogs, Rana limnocharis, in Central Taiwan caught in the winter season (October-January) were studied histologically, and the spermatogenetic activity was also determined. The testis contains many seminiferous tubules in which germinal cysts in different stages are occurred. Germ cells of the same stage of development can be seen in one germinal cyst. There are abundant cysts of secondary spermatogonia, primary spermatocytes in the seminiferous tubules observed. When mature spermatids form, the cyst wall ruptures. Mature spermatozoa spread freely in the seminiferous tubules. There is no significant difference in spermatogenetic activity of two consecutive months, nor in cysts of germ cells from stage I to stage IV and germ cells of stage 0 of two consecutive months. Spermatogenesis is still active. Spermatogenetic cycle is potentially active and continuous.
