鯉雨卵生長之研究

1.鯉魚卵細胞之生長,依形態之特微,依序可以分為七期,即:卵原期、染色質-核仁期、邊環核仁期、油粒-卵黃泡期、初級卵黃期、中級卵黃期及高級卵黃期。 2.性腺-體重比可以推測魚體卵巢中卵細胞之生長狀況,當性腺-體重比低時,卵巢中主由早期細胞組成,而當此比值增大時,卵巢中晚期卵細胞所占之比例即逐漸增大,當此比值達於28卵時,卵巢幾全由高級卵黃期之卵細胞所組成。 3.鯉魚卵巢之化學組成與其內卵細胞之生長狀況具有密切的相關,若卵巢主由早期卵細胞所組成,則水分含量很高而蛋白質及脂質含量很低,可是若主由晚期卵細胞所組成,則水分含量很低,但蛋白質及脂質含量很高;在卵細胞之各生長時期裹,水分與灰分之比為常數。 4.卵巢組織合成 磷-磷酸根為大分子的活動度視卵巢中卵細胞之生長狀況而定,當卵巢中之卵細胞進行細胞分裂時,合成活動度高,卵黃堆積時期合成活動度降低,至卵細胞已達生長終期時,合成活動度降至最低值。 5.魚體腦下腺中生殖腺生長刺激素之含量與卵巢中卵細胞之生長情形有密切的關係,即進行卵細胞增殖之魚體,激素含量低於進行卵黃堆積及卵細胞生長終期之魚體。

1. The oogenesis of carp can be divided into 7 stages: oogonium stage, chromatin-nucleolus stage, pei-inucleolus stage, oil dropletyolk vesicle stage, primary yolk stage, secondary yolk stage and tertiary yolk stage.2. There is good relationship existing between the gonadosomatic index (GSI) and the growth status of intra-ovarian eggs. When the GSI is low, the ovary is primarily com- posed of the eggs of early growth stage. As the GSI increases, eggs of advanced growth stage gradually appeared. When the GSI reaches to 28, the ovary is almost composed of the eggs of tertiary yolk stage.3. The biochemical composition of ovary is closely related to the growth status of intra-ovarian eggs. The lower the GSI, the higher the water and ash content but the low- er the protein and lipid content of ovary are found. The ratio be- tween water and ash is maintained constant throughout all the phases of ovary development in a breeding cycle.4. The incorporation activity of p- phosphate into ovarian. macromo- lecules is dependent on the growth status of intra-ovarian eggs. The activity is higher in the fish with low GSI than that with high GSI.5. The hypophysial gonadotropin po- tency of fish is dependent on the growth status of intra-ovarian eggs. The potency is lower in the fish with low GSI than that with high GSI.
