修剪與氮肥對於巨峰葡萄萌芽的影響

本文就副熱帶地區冬春葡萄休眠期間,植株之內生生長素 free abscisic acid, bound abscisicacid, zeatin 和 zeatin riboside 之含量變化,以及其與不同修剪時期、氮肥施用時期等間之關係作一探討。 晚秋(十二月二十一日)修剪之植株,萌芽率低且萌芽期遲延,隨著修剪時期的後延,有顯著提高萌芽率、提早萌芽期及促進樹液溢流之效果。而早春(二月二十日)施氮肥較之未施及秋施(十月二十九日)者更能促進溢流及萌芽。 溢流液中含各種前述生長素,尤以春施晚修剪處理組之溢流液中含量最高。經由溢流液「沖洗」後之枝條,free ABA 含量降低,但 zeatin 與 zeatin riboside 之含量則增,此種 P/I 值之改變與促進萌芽之機制有直接的關連。

Changes of endogenous free abscisic acid,bound abscisic acid, zeatin and zeatin ribosidein the bleeding sap and canes of dormant grape-vines in relation to varied pruning dates, fer-tilizing dates, and dosages of N-fertilizer (urea)are investigated. An early pruning (Dec. 21) hesitated thebud burst and dropped the bud burst rate inthe following spring, while the late prunings(towards March) favored the bud bust rate andaccelerated the bud burst. An application of a minute dosage of urea(0.5 gr. and 1.0 gr./vine) in the early spring(Feb. 20) succeeded in a much higher bud burstrate than that in late fall (Oct. 29) and unfer-tilized control. There was a high level of freeABA in dormant canes and remained at a certainlevel (23.17 x mg/gr.fr. wt.) till the normalbud burst time in the spring (end Feb.) undernatural subtropical winter condition. Late N-fertilizing and late pruning favoredthe yield of bleeding sap and the existing freeABA, bound ABA, zeatin and zeatin riboside insap. After bleeding for 48 h, there was a de-crease in ABA content and an accumulation ofzeatin and zeatin riboside in canes. It is sup-posed that the bleeding may posses a rinsingeffect on endogenous ABA in canes, which inturn increases the promoter/inhibitor value.
