- 中文摘要: 使公鼠遭受低壓室飛行,以飛行之高度,表示動脈血液缺氧之程度,高度愈高,表示其缺氧愈嚴重。使公鼠遭受失血, 藉此引起貧血缺氧,以失血後血球佔血液容積百分率之高低,表示貧血缺氧之程度。以X射線攝影術測定鋇劑由公鼠大腸之 起始部推進至大腸末端所需之時間,若此項推進時間較短,表示大腸之推進動作較?;否則,反之。 當公鼠飛行於18,000呎之高空時,其大腸之推進動作顯著增?;飛行於26,000呎之高空時,其推進動作顯等減弱;飛 行於22,000呎之高空時,其大腸推進動作竟無明顯之變動。如使公鼠遭受輕度及嚴重之貧血缺氧,均可使大腸之推進動作 顯著減弱。 上述實驗之結果顯示公鼠遭受缺氧時,其大腸推進動作能力之改變趨勢並非一成不變,可因缺氧之程度及缺氧之種類而 .異。此種現象可能由於公鼠遭受缺氧時,其交感神經及副交感神經同時興奮,兩者之興奮程度不同或兩者之興奮程度相等所 致。缺氧所引起之窘迫對於自主神經之興奮情形(可能具有選擇性),曾加以討論。
- 英文摘要: The effects of anoxic hypoxia at different simulated altitudes and different degrees of hemorrhage-induced anemic hypoxia on the propulsive motility of the large intestine were roentgen-ologically studied in inbred Long Evans rats. It was observed that faster colonic transit occured at an altitude of 18000 feet, whereas slower transit occured at an altitude of 26000 feet. Mild and severe hemorrhage also produced a decrease in colonic propulsive motility. The propulsive motility of the large intestine was unaffected by hypoxia at 22000 feet altitude. The possible mechanism of such alterations in colonic propulsive motility is discussed.
