積(BH)=3.7 MG.Oe。低熔相有助於提高體密度但未曾減低抗磁力。 - 英文摘要: Anisotropic barium ferrite specimens were prepared by a common calcining and sintering technique.The effects of ferrite powder source, sintering parameters and PbO-B O -Al O additive on the microstruc-ture and magnetic properties of the ferrites were investigated. The highest energy product, (BH) =3.7MG.Oe, was obtained for the specimen sintered (1200°C x 1 hour) with 2 weight %of 0.30 PbO + 0.55B O + 0.15Al O additive. Low melting phases aid in raising bulk density without an appreciable reduction incoercivity.
