- 英文摘要: The effect of a perforated-plate distributor design on fluidization quality in terms of pressure fluctuations was investigated in shallow beds. It was found that pressure fluctuations were relevant to the distribution mode of gas, jetting or bubbling, while gas flows through the orifices into the bed. At a constant open area ratio greater than 2.0%, a larger orifice diameter stabilized the jetting and better fluidization quality was obtained. On the contrary, a smaller orifice diameter was suggested in a very shallow bed.
