- 中文摘要: 大豆生長於淹水環境中其根瘤之固氮作用快速減少,但根瘤固氮作用之減低並非由於根瘤中酒精累積之毒害作用或是根瘤中碳水化合物含量之缺乏。而是根瘤缺氣之結果。在淹水缺氣情況下,根瘤酒精發酵作用逐漸被乳酸(Lactic acid)合成作用所取代。暗二氧化碳固定作用雖然不能防止酒精之形成,但是此二氧化碳之固定作用可供給固氧作用所需之碳源及能源。
- 英文摘要: Under waterlogging conditions, the nitrogen fixation of nodules rapidly reduced but this reductionin nodule activity was not due to the toxic effect of ethanol or deficiency of carbohydrates. The limitingof nitrogen fixation may be due to energy shortage because of the restriction of oxygen supply to nodules.The lactic acid formation catalyzed by lactic dehydrogenase is an alternative pathway of ethanol formation;however, this pathway is not so significant as alcoholic fermentation. The dark CO fixation by phospho-enolpyruvate carboxylase doesn't have a function to prevent ethanol formation. Its function is to providecarbon and/or an energy source for the nitrogen fixation.
