• 中文摘要： 國語的使用率在大陸約達70％，而在本省亦十分普及。雖然有關國語習得之研究早在本世紀中期即有零星的報導；但總體而言，研究成果至今仍十分有限。本文對1950年代以後在台灣地區的研究作一評論，尤其是較近的研究。評論包括語音，語法及語意。實驗性的研究近來也有較多的報告，其結果顯示有相當的部份，其習得歷程類似其他語言，但有些地方也有明顯之差異。由結果中可看到語言之共通性及語言之特殊性。
• 英文摘要： Mandarin Chinese is spoken by more than 70% of the people on mainland China and iswidely spoken on Taiwan as well. Although early reports on Mandarin acquisition appeared beforethe middle of this century, the total amount of systematic research on this topic to date has notbeen large. This paper reviews research on this subject conducted in Taiwan since 1950 withspecial emphasis on more recent activities. Our review shows that in phonology, all works are onproduction. Experimental investigations on the acquisition of particular syntactic structures, aswell as semantic acquisition of special words, began to appear in the early 80's. Results from thesestudies indicated substantial similarities to other languages in the order of acquisition; however,important differences attributable to language specific properties of Mandarin were noticed aswell. Several carefully conducted longitudinal studies on the early stages of Mandarin acquisitionhave also been completed. Reports on these data have also appeared.
