注膠混凝土在國內工程應用之研究

注膠混凝土係聚合物與混凝土之複合材料,將普通混凝土烘乾冷卻注入單體後聚合而製成者。本文以MMA, VAC, S, BA 為單體製造此種複合材料,研討單體之種類、浸注聚合條件及聚合體含量對於注膠混凝土機械性質之影響。試驗結果,以 MMA 製成的複合材料之機械性質最佳。BA 作為 MMA 之可塑劑時,複合材料具有柔軟性。又 MMA 為單體時,製造條件以聚合溫度 80°C 及烘乾溫度 150°C 為宜,產品之抗壓強度可達普通混凝土之四倍。 本文同時以達西定律為基礎,討論單體注入之動力機構,試驗結果與理論式相當符合。另外測定石頭砂漿接著力及新舊砂漿接著力,以探討注膠混凝土機械性質增強之原因。

Polymer impregnated concrete (PIC) is a com-posite materail of polymer and concrete. It isprepared by injecting the appropriate monomerinto dry conventional concrete and polymerizingit with initiator. In the present work, the effectsof monomers, and condition of impregnation andpolymerization on the mechanical strength ofmaterials are studied. The results indicated thatamong the four monomers (MMA, VAC, BA, S)studied, MMA shows best mechanical strength.The compressive strength is about four timesover that of conventional concrete. The additionof BA as internal plasticizer to MMA tends toincrease the flexibility of the material. The re-lation between the degree of impregnation andthe modulus of elasticity is also investigated. The kinetic studies reveal that mechanismof penetration of monomer into concrete is wellrepresented by Darcy's law and a good agreementis observed between the experimental values andthe theoretical equations. By measuring the bond-ing force between new mortar and old mortaror between aggregate and mortar, the reason ofthe improvement in mechanical properties ofPIC is elucidate.
