- 中文摘要: 僅具單一常數光柵向量之光柵的嚴密耦波繞射理論在此推廣至具有兩個常數光柵向量之一種光柵系統。這種光柵是平面光柵而其兩個光柵向量跟光柵法線以及入射單色線極化平面波之波向量皆共面者。對於這種特殊的雙光柵繞射系統,波動方程式簡約成為純量偏微分方程式,但一般而言不能分離為常微分方程式,且其係數僅具截縮了的週期性。引導建立這個純量的嚴密耦波理論的是適用於係數是變數之周期性函數的線型齊次偏微分方程式之Floquet-Bloch定理。各階繞射波之波輻是採用狀態變數及矩陣方法解出。
- 英文摘要: A rigorous scalar coupled-wave theory of diffraction is formulated for a particular kind of gratingsystems with two constant grating vectors. These are the grating diffraction systems in which the twograting vectors, the grating normal, and the propagation vector of the incident plane wave are all coplanar.The wave equation for such systems reduces to a scalar partial differential equation, but in general it is notseparable into ordinary differential equations and its coefficients possess only truncated periodicity. Thetheory is constructed with the guide of Floquet-Bloch theorem for linear homogeneous partial differentialequations with coefficients truly periodic in their variables. The diffraction wave amplitudes are solvedby using state variables and matrix method.
