- 中文摘要: 1.先經冷鹼前處理之蘆筍皮及鳳梨皮,其主要成分諸如纖維素、五碳聚醣、木質素、粗蛋白質及灰分等業經分析。 2.竹筍殼、蘆筍皮及鳳梨皮經以2%氫氧化鈉液,於不同溫度及不同時間前處理後,均可供作培養纖維素分解菌之基質,以產製菌體蛋白質。 3.為欲以竹筍殼為基質獲得最佳培養條件,業經進行不同溫度、最初及緩衡pH值與不同葡萄糖加入量對菌體蛋白質收量之影響。 4.使用6公升醱酵槽內含3公升醪液,以3%竹筍殼為基質,採用菌種34,曾進行不同通氣量及不同攪拌速率之培養試驗。當攪拌速率固定為500 rpm時,發現最佳通氣量為1:1 vvm,其最大比增殖速率為0.1248 hr-1,每公升醪液可獲得4.231g菌體蛋白質。當固定通氣量為1:1 vvm時,最佳攪拌速率為1,000 rpm,其最大比增殖速率為0.1537 hr-1,每公升醪液可得4.769g菌體蛋白質。 5.以追加法提高基質之濃度由3%至6%,未獲得理想之結果,尚須作進一步之探討。
- 英文摘要: 1. The chemical constituents in asparaguspeel and pineapple peel pretreated with coldalkali were determined. 2. Bamboo-shoot husk, asparagus peel andpineapple peel pretreated with alkali underdifferent conditions could be used as substratefor the production of cell protein. 3. In order to obtain optimal conditionsfor the production of cell protein from bamboo-shoot husk, the basal medium containing 3%substrate has been used to study the effects ofinitial and buffered pH values, temperature, andamount of glucose added on the growth of theorganisms. 4. Effects of aeration rate and agitationspeed on the production of cell protein frombamboo-shoot husk by Cellulomonas sp., 34 in a6-liter jar fermentor containing 3 liter of medi-um have been carried out respectively. Theμm3x obtained for aeration rate was 0.1248 hr-1at 1:1 vvm when the agitation speed was fixedat 500 rpm, and 4.231 gm of cell protein perliter of mash were harvested. The μm1x obtainedfor agitation speed was 0.1537 hr-l at 1000 rpmwhen the aeration rate was fixed at 1:1 vvm,and 4.769 gm of cell protein per liter of mashwere harvested. 5. To raise the concentration of the huskfrom 3 to 6 percent by the method of supple-mental addition was also studied in the jar fer-mentor, which did not give a satisfactory result,it needs to be further studied.
