- 中文摘要: 在亞熱帶水域馬尾藻群聚內馬尾藻與其附生藻類間進行著複雜的交互作用。抗附著作用可發現於馬尾藻之葉體萃取液及葉體之生物檢定上。相剋作用僅發現於封閉的生物檢定系統內,在開放的系統中則呈現促進作用。此二對立之現象可歸因於苯三酚的濃度不同。苯三酚存在馬尾藻葉體內持續釋出環境中。以苯三酚試葯進行生物檢定,發現濃度在10 至10 M時對附生藻類之孢子有抑制作用,10 M以下時則呈現促進作用。苯三酚在藻體萃取液之濃度約為10 M,在馬尾藻群聚內水中之濃度為10 M,此結果與生物檢定之結果相符。
- 英文摘要: In subtropical water, an intricate chemical interaction was found between Sargassum and its epi-phytic algae within the Sargassum community. Antifouling activity was exhibited by the extract of Sar-gassum thallus and also by the thallus itself. Allelopathic phenomenon of Sargassum was revealed only in aclosed bioassay system; however, in an open system, a stimulative effect was obtained. The opposite effectexhibited by Sargassum in a different bioassay system was attributed to the concentration of phloroglucinolwhich was presented in Sargassum thallus and kept releasing to its environment. Experiments with auth-entic chemical of phloroglucinol supported this hypothesis in that it exhibited an inhibitory effectat concentrations from 10 to 10 M and stimulatory effect at concentrations of less than 10 M. Theconcentration of phloroglucinol in the extract of the thallus was estimated to be 10 M, while that inambient water of the Sargassum community was around 10 M. The findings of chemical analysis ofSargassum were correlated to that of the bioassay.
