- 英文摘要: The industrial Residue Hydrodesulfurization (RDS) plant is a complex trickle bed reactor which provides only some temperature measurements and inlet, outlet sulfur concentrations. From these very few limited operating data, how to find the optimal operating inlet temperature and quench hydrogen gas flow rate of the four RDS reactors, is a very important problem. In this research, the process simulator which could represent the real RDS plant is built first and then a grey box model which could describe the complex reaction is to be developed. The kinetic and deactivation model parameters of the grey box model can be identified by using data simulated from the simulator. According to the grey box model, the plant set-point optimization is to be executed to find the best set point values for reactor inlet temperature and three quency hydrogen gas flow rates.
