- 中文摘要: 在不同光線及溫度,以杉葉紫菜(Porphyra angusta Ueda)及長葉紫菜(Porphyra dentataK jellman)之游離絲狀體做殼孢子囊成熟及殼孢子放出之實驗,發現兩者之結果大致相同。在高溫(28℃)下,光照週期對殼孢子囊之成熟無顯著之影響,但在同溫度下,強光較弱光能使殼孢子之釋放量增多。經過高溫處理30天及40天之絲狀體放出之殼孢子量比處理20天者為多。短日照時溫度及光線強度之差異對殼孢子之放出無顯著影響。該兩種紫菜之殼孢子放出期間只有3至4天。
- 英文摘要: The conchocelis of Porphyra angusta and P.denata which had been cultured unrde 28℃,12:12, 1,500 lx and 28℃, 8:16, 1,500 lx for 30days were ground with a sterile grinder beforethey were transferred to three growth chambersof 20℃, 24℃, 28℃, and kept under the follow-ing conditions; 8:16, 3,000 lx; 8:16, 500 lx and12:12, 1,500 lx, the results of the experiment fortested species of Porphyra were almost the same. At 28℃, there were no significant differ-ences in the maturation of conchosporangia underdifferent day lengths, but the released sporeswere more abundant under higher light intensities. The conchocelis which were treated at 28℃for 30 and 40 days before they were transferredto 20℃ produced more monospores than those of20 days. Under shorter photoperiods, the differenceof temperature and light intensity did not greatlyaffect the liberation of monospores. In these two tested species of Porphyra, theliberation of conchospores continued only 3 or4 days after the change of conditions.
