- 英文摘要: Polypyrrole-poly (ethylene oxide)(PPy-PEO) composite films were prepared electrochemically. Their methanol- sensing abilities including sensitivity, response and recovery actions were investigated. The composite sensors had consistent producibilities as they were exposed to the methanol-nitrogen cycles. It was found that the methanol- sensing abilities were dependent upon the electropolymerization charge, ranging from 0.2 coulombs(C) to 0.8C, and were better as the polymerization charge was decreased. A best sensitivity of 3.228.OMEGA./mgl/sup -1/ was obtained by a PPy-PEO sensor, polymerized at 0.2C, in an methanol concentration lower than 27mg/l. However, higher methanol concentrations resulted in slower action in both response and recovery. The effect of PEO loading on the sensitivity of the sensor exhibited an order of 7.0mg/l>0mg/l (pure PPy) >2.5mg/l. The incorporation of PEO improved the stability of the sensor material in the atmosphere environment.
