六一羥多巴胺及酪胺對倉鼠松果腺內膽素酯?之影響

The pineal glands of male hamsters treated with 6-hydroxydopamine (6-OHDA) or tyramine andthose of untreated animals are studied by biochemical and ultrahistochemical enzyme techniques. In the 6-OHDA-treated hamsters the weight of testes and accessory organs is moderately increased, whereas it ismarkedly decreased in animals injected with tyramine. In contrast, the cholinesterase (ChE) is reduced inthe pineals of 6-0HDA-treated animals, whereas the enzyme is increased in the pineals from animals stimu-lated by tyramine. Ultra structurally, the unmyelinated adrenergic nerve endings and attached acetylcholinesterase(AChE) on their axon membranes completely disappear in the pineals of animals following injection of6-OHDA. However, the AChE activity localized in the Golgi Complex and smooth-surfaced endoplasmicreticulum of the pinealocytes is not influenced by chemical sympathectomy with 6-OHDA, suggesting thatthese pinealocytes are able to produce AChE. The present finding suggests that the pineal activity is affectedby ACNE.
