- 英文摘要: The gas velocity profiles of vertically artificial jet dispersion within a 0.188 m I.D. gas-solid fluidized bed were experimentally studied with a pitot tube for Geldart-group B particles. Experimental parameters investigated included particle sizes, static bed height, nozzle diameter, nozzle exit velocity, grid superficial velocity, and jet location above the jet nozzle inlet. The axial jet velocities were measured at 11, 41, and 66 mm above the jet nozzle. Universal velocity profiles were applied to fit the experimental data of the decay of jet dispersion with radial distribution, and gas velocity on the jet axis was correlated to the system variables as: U/sub m//U/sub j/=l6.9lD/sub o//sup -0.231/U/sbu j//sup -0.483/X/sup-0.258/D/sub p//sup -0.253/. Also, a 400mm *35mm 2-D bed was used to observe the jet behavior that was significantly different depending on the operating conditions in the bed. The degree of particle turbulence in 2-D bed was larger at high grid superficial velocity, and the stability of jet was enhanced with increasing particle sizes and decreasing grid superficial velocity.
