• 中文摘要： 本報告自靈芝的液相培養菌絲體及自行人工栽培的子實體中，共抽取鑑定出Ergosterol peroxide (1），9 (11)-Dehydro-ergosterol peroxide (2), Lanosta-7,9（11），24-trien-3α-ol-26-oic acid（3），Lanosta-7, 9（11），24-trien-3α-acetoxy-26-oic acid(4), Ergosta-5,8,22-trien-3β,15-diol (5），Ergosterol (6), Ergosta-7,22-dien-3β-ol(7)，和Ergosta-22-en-313β-ol (8)等八種固醇及三?類化合物，其中化合物(4)為新的天然物。靈芝的脂酸譜亦藉氣相層析一質譜法分析。
• 英文摘要： Eight sterols and triterpenes were identified in the mycelia and fruit bodies of Ganoderma lucidum(Fr.) Karst. Lanosta-7，9 (11），24-trien-3α-aceloxy-26-oic acid was found to be a new compound. Fattyacid compositions of total lipids, phosphatidyl choline and phosphatidyl ethanolamine in four strains ofG. lucidum were also analyzed by GC-MS.
