- 中文摘要: This study is to evaluate and organize the curriculum and student activity in the university mechanical engineering (ME) program, in order to evoke and improve the creativity and innovation of the students. Since the industry in Taiwan demands the engineers to bring up with new ideas and innovative concepts, the creativity of the engineering graduates becomes more and more essential. In this research, firstly, review and investigate the curriculum and student activity organized in the ME department of National Taiwan University. Secondly, compare the curriculum and student activity with the ME programs of the other famous universities. Lastly, find the guidelines for promoting student activity, such as creativity contests. After analyze and discuss, some recommendations about proper curriculum in ME department for evoking the creativity of undergraduates are suggested, and the necessary arrangement of the resources and guidelines of student activity to maximize effects are also proposed.
- 英文摘要: 激發學生的創造力,使學生能運用創造發明能力,產生創新的構想與設計,是當前工程教育應著重的重要方向之一。本研究之目的在探討大學機械系對培養學生創造發明能力之課程教學實施現況與規劃,研究的內容包括大學機械系課程與學生活動兩方面。研究步驟分三項進行,首先探討臺大機械系實施情況與成效,分別針對課程規劃與學生活動進行檢討;其次探討國內外大學機械系對培養學生創造發明之實施狀況與其特色;最後針對學生活動之專題與科技競賽方式進一步探討。透過以上的分析與統整,瞭解目前大學機械課程對培養學生創造發明能力之影響與成效,進而規劃大學機械課程與學生活動未來發展方向,希望能有效地激發學生創造力,提升學生創造發明的能力。
