- 中文摘要: 本研究用氣相層析法分析非發酵性革蘭氏陰性桿菌代謝?物中之揮發性脂肪酸。所用的卅一菌株(strains)均?標準 菌種或參考菌種,?含十九菌種(species)及尚未命名之三菌組(groups)。生長緩慢的菌種,如Pseudomonas vesieularis 宜培養兩天,再分析其脂肪酸,則可得穩定的氣相層析圖譜。由屬於同一菌種的各菌株所得到的圖譜,均極?類似。根據圖譜上各種脂肪酸的質與量的差異,可將非發酵性桿菌歸納?四群:第一群包括P. vesicularis及P. diminuta, ?生大量的丙酸,異丁酸與異戌酸。第二群主要?生異丁酸與異戌酸,包括P. pseudoalcaligenes, P. paucimobilis, Flavobacterium meningosepticum及group II K-2 。 F. odoratum (group M4-F)?生丙酸與異丁酸,亦包括於第二群。第三群主要?生異戌酸,包括P.maltophilia、 Comamonas,terrigena及CDC Group VE-2 (包括groupVE-2)。 其他的細菌不?生任何重要的脂肪酸,有的僅具醋酸,則歸入第四群。如:Alealigenes faecalis , A. denitrificans,P. pickettii( group VA-1 ) , P. aeruginosa, P. cepacia , P. fluorescens , P. putida , P. acidovorans,P. putrefaciens 與Group VE-1。
- 英文摘要: Thirty-one standard and reference strains of nonfermentative bacilli (nfb) representing 19 species and 3 unnamed groups were studied for their volatile fatty acids production by gas chromatography (GC). It was demonstrated that for some slow growing nonfermentative bacilli, e.g., Pseudomonas vesicularis, 2 days incubation was required to obtain a stabilized metabolic profile, while the fast growers, such as P. maltophilia and P. diminuta, could be analyzed after overnight incubation. The profiles obtained from various strains were very similar to the same species. These organisms can be classified into 4 groups according to the qualitative differences in their metabolic fatty acids. Group 1 organisms, such as P. vesicularis and P. diminuta, produced large amounts of propionic, isobutyric and isovaleric acids. Group 2 organisms, including P. pseudoalcaligenes, P. paucimobilis, Flavobacterium meningosepticum and group iik-2, produced isobutyric and isovaleric acids as their major acid metabolites. F. odoratum (group m4-f) produced propionic and isobutyric acids was also included in Group 2. The nfb organisms, such as P. maltophilia, Comamonas terrigena and group ve-2, mainly producing isovateric acid, belong to Group 3. The organisms classified in Group 4 are those species that did not yield any significant amount of fatty acid or that demonstrated only acetic acid which was originally present in the medium. They are P. aeruginosa, P. fluorescens, P. putida, P. cepacia, P. acidovorans, P. pickettii (groups VA-1 and VA-2), Alcaligenes faecalis, A. denitrificans and group ve-1.
