- 中文摘要: 本研究以投射條紋方式及相位分析法則設計一套光學三次元量床量測系統,建立物體180°及360°輪廓非接觸式測繪技術,其中180°偵測係以兩組投射與一組接收系統同步配合,在不轉動待測物的情形下,擷取兩組影像進行匹配,以消除因外形有較大斜率變化之待測物所產生之投射光陰影,而阻擾接收系統感測光強度之問題;360°偵測則是藉轉動待測物而改變待測物的量測角度,進行數次量測,將測得之多組物體表面形狀三次元資料的重疊部份匹配銜接在一起,而得到物體完整的360°立體表面輪廓資料;量測與數據分析過程完全由電腦控制,可使用為線上偵測工具。
- 英文摘要: A surface profile noncontact measurement system for 3-D diffused objects is proposed in this paper.The 3-D shape was characterized by the projection fringe method and the phase acquisition technique.The 1800 and 360° profile measurement algorithms were developed through fitting several frames ofmeasured phase data from several various measuring angles. The measuring process was controlled bya microcomputer, and the measured results were analyzed by a computer as well. In such an algorithm,measurements can be implemented at the work site without the requirement of vibration isolation.
