• 中文摘要： 　　豬放線桿菌胸膜肺炎在豬隻的肺臟常可見到肺泡腔內出現大量排列成漩渦狀的多形單核細胞，為瞭解這些細胞之
  來源及特性，本實驗以總菌量為5×10 CFU之胸膜肺炎放線桿菌接種無特定病原豬隻後，觀察接種細菌後第6、12、
  24及48小時，豬肺泡腔內細胞形態之變化，同時以酸性磷酸?、鹼性磷酸?、那弗妥-AS-醋酸鹽酯?，及蘇丹黑
  B等四種細胞化學染色法，鑑定這些在光學顯微鏡下無法歸類的多形單核細胞，並使用穿透式電子顯微鏡觀察這些細胞
  之超顯微結構，以瞭解其來源及特性。
  　　實驗結果顯示，豬感染胸膜肺炎放線桿菌之初期，出現在肺組織及肺泡腔內的炎症細胞是以嗜中性球為主，但感
  染24小時以後，多形單核細胞便成為本病最顯著的細胞形態。酵素細胞化學染色結果顯示部分多形單核細胞具有酸性
  磷酸?及那弗妥-AS-醋酸鹽酯?陽性反應，因此判定該細胞為巨噬細胞；而另一些細胞具有鹼性磷酸?及蘇丹黑B
  陽性反應，因此將該細胞歸類為第二型肺泡上皮細胞，以穿透式電子顯微鏡觀察這些多形單核細胞的結果也顯示，雖然
  有些細胞瀕臨壞死，其細胞質內胞器消失，但其餘的細胞仍可依其細胞質內的特徵性胞器加以鑑別，在可鑑別的細胞
  中，大部分具有巨噬細胞的特徵性胞器—溶素體，少部分具有第二型肺泡上皮細胞的特徵性胞器—板狀小體。
  　　由以上結果推論，在豬放線桿菌胸膜肺炎的病變內，肺泡腔中之多形單核細胞，其來源除了肺泡巨噬細胞以外，
  也有第二型肺泡上皮細胞。

• 英文摘要： The polymorphic mononuclear cells, arranged in whorling or palisading pattern, were usually foundin the lung of Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae - infected pigs. In order to understand the origin and char-acteristics of these cells, specific-pathogen free pigs were intratracheally inoculated with Actinobacilluspleuropneumoniae at a concentration of 5 x 10 CFU, then, sacrificed at 6, 12, 24 and 48 hours later. Thecells in the alveolar spaces were observed with light and electron microscope, and cytochemically analyzedfor acid phosphatase, alkaline phosphatase, -naphthyl acetate esterase, and Sudan black B stains respec-tively. The results revealed that a lot of neutrophils were observed in the alveolar spaces at the early stageafter inoculation. Twenty four hours later, polymorphic mononuclear cells abundantly appeared. Enzymecytochemical findings indicated that some of the polymorphic mononuclear cells were macrophages, inwhich, acid phosphatase and -naphthyl acetate esterase were detected, and others were type IIpneumocytes which were positively stained with alkaline phosphatase and Sudan black B. Ultrastructuralobservation found that many lysosomes appeared in the macrophages' cytoplasm, and type II pneumocytecontained many lamellar bodies. Conclusively, it could be suggested that the polymorphic mononuclearcells were derived from macrophages and type II pneumocytes by cytochemical and electron microscopicexaminations.
