- 中文摘要: 在中週波感應電爐中,以Ar-O2及N2-O2混合氣體吹入Fe-Cr-C-Si熔鋼內,觀察碳及鉻濃度變化情形。碳的氧化發生在氣體與鋼液接觸面,其脫碳效果與氧氣流量、氧氣分壓及爐浴溫度有關“碳氧化的反應為C十1/2O2(g)=CO(g). 吹氧時爐浴溫度高,氧氣流量大及氧氣分壓小,均對脫碳效果有利。 鉻的氧化以產生Cr2O3為主,吹氧時,鉻的起始含量增高,鉻的氧化量也增高,矽的起始含量增高,鉻的氧化量則減少“ 以N2-O2混合氣體吹入鋼液中脫氮,其效果與以Ar-O2混合氣體吹入鋼液中脫碳之效果比較,兩者很相似,只是鋼中含氮量高很多為其缺點。 理想的操作條件為爐溫1650C,氧氣流量大,氧氣分壓要低,初期吹煉(C 0.5~0.7%)可以用60%O2-40%Ar低碳範圍時(C 0.3%-0.2%),以30%02-70%Ar最適宜,鉻回收率可以達到86%以上,碳降到約0.08%~0.10%。
- 英文摘要: In the medium frequency induction electric furnace, the author observesthe Concentration Change of Carbon and chromium in the Fe-C-Cr-Simolten iron, blowing with Ar-O2 or N2-O2 mixing gases. The oxidation ofcarbon takes place at the contact face between gases and the liquid iron.The effect of decarburization is closely related to oxygen flow, oxygen partialpressure and bath temperature. The Chemical reaction of oxidation ofcarbon is C+1/2O2(g)=CO(g) High temperature during blowing oxygen,large oxygen flow and low oxygen partial pressure favor decarburization. Chromium is oxidized to produce mainly Cr2O3,Incressing the original·Chromium Content while blowing oxygen will increase the amount ofoxiation of chromium.But increasing the original silicon content will, other-wise, decrease it. There is no evidense of any advantage in the effect of decarburization,using either N2-O2 or Ar-O2 mixing gases. The disadvantage is the highnitrogen conten in steel in blowing with N2-O2· The ideal conditions for Blowing: 1650C bath temperature, large oxygenflow, and . low partial pressure of oxygen, 60%O2-40%Ar for .initial blowingand 30%O2-70%Ar for final blowing. The Recovery of Chromium is 86%. Thecarbon content in steel may decrease to the range of 0.08%一0.10%.
