- 中文摘要: 由不同魚精蛋白的滴定曲線中,我們發現Clupeine和Salmine各呈近似S型之彎曲線,但是Mugiline β僅呈 一拋物線,它們的曲線均隨著?度的增加,pH?有偏向較低的趨向。在鹹性的pH範圍中,不同魚類之魚精蛋白有不 相同的滴定曲線,這可能是在不同的pH及?度條件下,引起魚精蛋白之立體結構發生改變所致,由此我們獲得鑑別彼 等相互不同之依據。 利用烏魚魚精蛋白和牛之胰島素(400 units)製成之Isophane-insulin與市面上之商品具有相同之降血糖力價及 相同之延長藥效。
- 英文摘要: Mugiline β, clupeine and salmine are examined in their titration behaviors. While clupeine and sal-mine express two sigmoid titration curves, mugiline β reveals only a parabolic curve. All titration curves shift to lower pH range in proportion to the rise of temperature (30°-60°C). The curve revealed by mugiline β is greatly different from other two protamines in the alkali pH range. Conformational changes induced by different pH range and temperature may be regarded as valuable signs to differentiate mugiline β from other two protamines. The isophane insulin prepared from mugiline β (hereafter referred as M-isophane insulin) produces a similar hypoglycemic effect as other one containg salmine does. We first succeded in crystallizing isophane insulin which contains mugiline β and in differentiating the three protamines by their respective titration behaviors.
