- 中文摘要: 以不同含量之烯丙胺加成4,4'-雙馬來醯亞胺基雙苯基甲烷,合成所謂的BDM-A樹脂,做為四官能基(TGDDM/DDS)環氧樹脂和其複合材料的增韌劑和加工助劑。當BDM-A和TGDDM/DDS環氧樹脂混合,製備TGDDM/DDS/BDM-A樹脂配方,應用在碳纖維補強環氧樹脂(Gr/Ep)複合材料時,BDM-A會自行在低溫反應(比TGDDM/DDS主要的反應溫度低),藉以提高樹脂的加工黏度,使積層板的樹脂含量不致流失太多,符合航太規格要求。而且BDM-A添加劑會顯著增加TGDDM/DDS樹脂的破壞韌性,不會引起相分離,對樹脂的撓曲模數和玻璃轉移溫度影響不大。BDM-A添加劑的增韌效果也可轉移到Gr/Ep複合材料上,使層間破壞韌性增加。
- 英文摘要: 4,4'-bismaleimidodiphenylmethane adducted with various amounts of allylamine (designated asBDM-A) was synthesized and employed as a toughening agent and processing aid for TGDDM/DDS epoxyresin and its composites. When the BDM-A was mixed with TGDDM/DDS to prepare the TGDDM/DDS/BDM-A resins for Gr/Ep composite applications, BDM-A usually reacted alone prior to the major reactionof TGDDM/DDS, and the resin viscosity increased during composite processing, resulting in an acceptableresin content in laminates after curing. In addition, BDM-A additives significantly increased the fracturetoughness of TGDDM/DDS with no phase separation and barely affected the flexural modulus and glasstransition temperature. The toughening effect of BDM-A additives was also transferred to the Gr/Eplaminates by increasing their interlaminar fracture toughness.
