- 中文摘要: 由苦滷製迭高度氫氧化鎂,經改良之製法程序為:苦滷過濾、脫碳酸、脫硫、然後脫硫苦滷與精製石灰乳反應,在適當條件下生成氫氧化鎂沈澱,再經清水洗滌精製而成高度氫氧化鎂。曾以管狀連續循環反應裝置及連續攪拌槍式反應裝置作比較試驗,影響最大之因素:進料苦滷速度,濃度,種子穠度及循環比等均研究之。本試驗規模為流速24 liters/hr. , 成品含不純物Ca0 為 1%左右,適合高級耐火材料原料之用。
- 英文摘要: In this paper, the product improvement study make on the process of highpurity Mg(OH)s using refined lime milk reaction from bittern, is discribed. Theoperation procedures consist of the following steps: (1) Filtration of bittern (2) removal of carbonate (3) removal of sulfate bytreating with CaCl2 to convert the S04 to CaSO4˙2H2O (4) the precipitation ofMg(OH)2 using refined lime milk from desulfate bittern (5) purification and washingwith water (6) filtration and drying. Experiments were performed with both continuous tububar reactor and conti-nuous stirred tank reactor in which were studied the optimal operation conditionsand comparision of the results. The flow rate of these experments used in theprocess was 24 liters per hour. We have obtained the product contaminated about1% of CaO in Mg(OH)2 and to meet the requirement of high grade refractories.
