- 中文摘要: 將六週大雄性倉鼠分別作摘除兩側眼球、兩側 〔頸神經節或松果腺之實驗,以便與未做任何處理之動物比較“所有動物均飼養於日常光週期之動物室內,經歷八週後犧牲。利用光學顯微鏡方法觀察睪丸及腦下腺前葉促性腺發育細胞之變化。摘除眼球後,睪丸的重量顯著減小,精子形成作用幾乎停止;而切除神經節或松果腺後,睪丸的重量均稍為增加,精子形成作用旺盛“在腦下腺前葉,實驗動物之促性腺發育細胞之數量均未護生明顯的變化;但是摘除眼球後促性腺發育細胞之活性減低;而切除神經節或松果腺後促性腺發育細胞之活性均增加。由本研究之結果顯示:摘除眼球後,睪丸退化的原因是促性腺發育細胞之活性減低;切除神經節或松果腺後,睪丸之增大係因促性腺發育細胞之活性增加。有關促性腺發育細胞之變化的可能機轉於文中討論之。
- 英文摘要: Four groups of golden hamsters at 6 weeks of age were subjected toone of the following treatments respectively:(a)bilateral optic enucleation,(b)removal of both superior cervical ganglia(e)Pineolectomy,(d)no,special treatment.They were:kept in natural daily Photoperiods for 8weeks and sacrificed.The、morphological changes of the testes and gonado-trophs of adenohypophysis were studied by light microscopy.As comparedto the testes of the untreated controls those of blinded animals wereremarkly reduced in weight and showed no spermatogenic activity,whereasan increased testicular weight and active spermatogenic were noted follow-ing ganglionectomy or Pinealectomy.In the adenohyPoPhysis of the blinded,ganglionectomized or Pinealectomized hamsters the number of gonadotrophsdid not ehange distinctively.Most of gonadotroPhs of blinded animalscontained many glycogen Particles and∕or few number of secretory granu-les,whereas the gonadotroPhs aftor ganglionectomy or Pinealectomy werefilled with numerous densely secretion granules.The results of the Presentinvestigation indicate that testicular atroPhy Produced by blinding was dueto the decreased activity of gonadotroPhs whereas the testieular hyPertroPhyProduced by ganglionectomy or Pinealectomy was due to the increasedactivity of the gonadotroPhs.Possible、、regulatory mechanisms have been、discussed
