- 中文摘要: 本文應用小波理論偵測電力品質上之各種干擾現象。由於小波理論兼具時問及頻率之局部觀測能力,因此可將其應用於電力品質上各種干擾現象之監督。文中將所提之方法應用於偵測電壓突降、電壓突昇、瞬時斷電、震盪暫態及諧波分析,所得之執行結果均佳,證實此方法在該類相關應用上具有可行性及實用性。
- 英文摘要: A wavelet transform approach is proposed in this paper to detect power system disturbances. Withthe time-frequency localization characteristics embedded in wavelets, the time and frequency informationof a waveform can be presented as a visualized scheme. This method has been tested on detection ofvarious simulated disturbances, including voltage sag, voltage swell, momentary interruption and oscillatorytransients, and on harmonic analysis of the arc furnace from field test data. The test results demonstratethe practicality and advantages of the proposed method for the applications.
