力系統穩定器,能使電力系統之動態穩定度,得到很大的改善。 - 英文摘要: A new technique is presented for improving the dynamic stability of power systems. This new tech-nique makes use of a proportional-integral (PI) power system stabilizer which employs the generator speedto generate a stabilizing signal to increase the damping torque of the synchronous machine and, thereby,enhance the dynamic stability of the power system. Two approaches are proposed for determining thegains of the PI stabilizer: the least-square-error approach and the parameter plane method. Simulationresults indicate that the proposed PI stabilizer yields better dynamic responses than the conventional powersystem stabilizer and can be used as an effective means for improving power system dynamic stability.
