- 中文摘要: 本研究使用中文版領導能力問卷(LCAI)施測所得的資料,進行領導能力分類模式的研究。首先,探討有關領導能力分類的課題,再根據理論基礎和實徵研究成果,構建出五種分類模式,並略述其特點。以一四二位北部某國立大學的行政人員為施測樣本,經考驗各分類模式的分類效果,結果以一軸四類型法最佳。最後,舉出應用一軸四類型法的要點,並依據研究結果,提出幾項可供未來研究和實際應用的參考建議。
- 英文摘要: The study explored the classification of leadership competencies with the chinese version of Leadership Com-petencies Assessment Instrument(LCAI). Some issues about leadership competencies classification were firstly discu-essed. Five classified systems were constructed with theoretic base and the findings of practical research, and someissues about classified systems were also discussed. The samples were 142 administrators of one national university in north Taiwan.According to the results ofclassification, one-axis-four-classified system was better than others. Finally, some usages for one-axis-four-classifiedsystem and some suggestions for future research and application were also presented.
