電鍍廢液中金屬離之回收

本研究係探討以離子交換膜電透析法,同收電鍍廢液中金屬離子之可行性。文中以單室平行板狀電透析槽模擬工業上所使用的板框式電透析槽,理論分析結果,在極限電流密度下,離子在電透析槽之傳送速率為 N = 3.698(ReSc de/L) 。 進一步以鍍鎳廢液為研究對象進行實驗,係以硫酸鎳溶液為電透析液,在25°C下,分別改變 Re, Sc, de/L 值,變動範圍為:Re由 70~615,Sc由 1079~3239,de/L則從 0.16~0.49。求得本實驗系統之實驗式為 (N ) =2.20 Re Sc (de/L) ,與理論式頗為接近。最後,並探討濃度對極限電流密度的影響,實驗結果顯示,極限電流密度和濃度成線性關係,與理論一致。

The feasibility of recovery of metallic ionsfrom waste streams of electroplating industryby the use of ion exchange membrane electro-dialysis has been investigated. The planar flowelectrodialyzer consisted of one pair of cationand anion exchange membrane, which issimulating the industrialized filter press typeelectrodialyzer, is chosen for the simplificationof hydraulic model. The analytical ionic masstransfer correlation under limiting current den-sity can be written as N =3.698(Re.Sc.de/L) . In the experiment, NiSO solution was usedas electrodialysate, the temperature was keptat 25°C, operational parameters were Re, Scand de/L. The limiting current density weremeasured by changing Re from 70 to 615, Scfrom 1079 to 3239 and de/L from 0.16 to 0.49.The experimental ionic mass transfer correla-tion can be obtained as (N ) =2.20Re Sc (de/L) , the result is in quite wellagreement with the theoretical one. The effect of concentration on limitingcurrent density have also been studied, as aresult of experiment, it can be seen the lineardependence of limiting current density on con-centration, just as theoretical prediction.
