- 中文摘要: This paper extended disaggregate choice theory to group choice, and derived group utility function. Several intercity mode choice models that took the size of traveling party into consideration were built. The proposed models are different from the traditional models and Ortúzar's model(1996). They were both based on the disaggregate choice assumption and used the disaggregate utility function to deal with the effect of the size of traveling party. The group choice models showed that the size of traveling party had significant effect on the travel time and travel cost coefficients. This paper also proved that Ortúzar's model was a special case of proposed group choice model. The empirical results showed that segmenting travel cost and travel time variables according to the size of traveling party could increase the explanatory abilities of choce models. Group choice models should be used when the traveler was not traveling alone.
- 英文摘要: 本研究將個體選擇理論推廣至群體選擇,並推導出群體效用函數,以建構一考慮同行人 數對城際運具選擇影響之模式。本研究所提方法有別於傳統模式及Ortar (1996)所提模式,此兩者皆係以個體選擇觀點出發,以個體效用函數來處理同行人數之影響。以較為合理之立論基礎推導得之群體效用函數,除了反應旅行群體對旅行成本之考量外,更反應了不同旅行 群體對旅行時間感受不同之現象,此與過去的研究有很大不同。而Ortar(1996)模式僅為本研究模式之一特例。實證研究結果發現,將旅行時間與旅行成本依同行人數區隔確可增加模 式之解釋能力,而有同行人數時應依群體選擇模式之理論建立模式。
