- 英文摘要: Since cold exposure confers cardioprotection, thepresent study attempted to determine the role of opioidreceptors《OR).Stress with cold exposure and restraintfor 3 h, shown previously to induce peptic ulcer in asynergistic manner, attenuated infarct size induced bymyocardial ischemia and reperfusion in the isolated per-fused rat heart from 36.64士1.8 to 22.85士2.6%.This issimilar to protecting the rat with morphine at 8 mg/kg,which a∣so attenuated the infarct size from 36.26士1.6 to20.30士2.1%.The effects of cold-restraint or morphinewere abolished by naloxone, a non-selective OR antago-nist; nor-binaltorphimine, a selective x-OR antagonist;naltrindole, a selective 8-OR antagonist, or CTOP, ase∣ective w-OR antagonist. The effects were also attenu-ated by blockade of protein kinase C or the mitochondrialKATP channel. The finding is first evidence that all threeOR subtypes mediate cardioprotection of cold-restraintstress in the rat.
