- 中文摘要: 1.本試驗為了解葉深甘藍自交不親和性系採取雜交F 時,由系統之差異而有不同比率的Sibs發生,此是否與環境因素等有關。並以電助授粉,試圖打破不親和性,探討其採原種之可能性。 2.自交不親和性系統21D-2-1-1-2-1-1行自交授粉時,其不親和性程度表現較為弱(平均每莢種子數為0.14)。此系統易受溫度之變化及老花影響。同時易為電助授粉(EAP)所打破,EAP之平均每莢種子數大過於蕾期授粉。 3.自交不親和性系統21B-1-1-2-1-2-1行自交授粉時,其不親和性程度表現較為強(平均每莢種子數為0.07)。此系統對於不同溫度表現穩定。雖然老花也有稔性可能,而又為EAP所打破,但是其數量很有限。 4.此種不同葉深甘藍自交不親和性程度之出現,推測具有修改因子之存在,而對S-allele負修改作用。但是引起偽親和性之重要原因,環境因素當比遺傳背景為重要。
- 英文摘要: 1. An F hybrid is obtained from two i;nbred lines of cabbage. These lines have to be developed by inbreeding and each homozygous for different major incompatibility allele, and thus rnatually compatible. Although, we found that testing of. self-and sib-crosses are incompatible in bre- eding field, but if the circumstance factors of seed producing changed, it may leads the different sibs rates in different inbred line of Yehsen cabbage. This experiment have been carried out to study the effect of environmental conditions on the degree of self-incompatibi- lity and try to know whether it is possible to break the incompatible barrier and get,practical use of“ele- ctric aided pollination”(EAP)in stock seed production.2. Self-incompatibility line 21D-2-1- 1-2-1-1 of Yehson cabbage expres- sed weakly incompatible inbred (mean seed set of 0.14 seeds per pod when it selfing) which infl- uenced by temperature variation and old stages of flower. Beside, it was broken incompatibility barrier easily by EAR The average seeds of per pollination flower with EAP is higher than with bud pollination.3. Self-incompatibility line 21B-1-1- 2-1-2-1 of Yehsen cabbage expres- sed strongly incompatible inbred (mean seed set of 0.07 seeds per pod when it selfing) which was stable under different temperature regimes. Although, the old stages of flower have some pollen tubes penetrate the style, and was broken by EAP, but there are a few.4. From the results of the degree of self-incompatibility in Yehsen cab- bage. We considered that the pre- sence of modified genes in Yehsen cabbage. But the suspected that these play a minor role in modify- ing action of S-allele. The major causes of pseudo-compatibility it apparently is conditioned primarily by environmental condition rather than by genetic background.
