- 中文摘要: 在臺灣中新世各煤層中選出十七個試樣,製成煤灰作為本文研究的對象。以濕式分析測定煤灰的主要化學成份及 X一線測定礦物成份後,推測煤樣所含礦物質以粘土礦物,石英,碳酸物和二硫化鐵可能性為最大。微量元素大部由發光光譜儀測定:鈦、錳、鈾、鋁等元素以濕式比色法測定,氯份直接以煤樣用重量法測定。研究各項分析數據結果,發現鈦、硼、錳,鋇和氯五種元素均可作為各地層的指標元素(有機硫份和磷份可作地層指標元素,詳見第一篇)。煤灰所含硼份遠較地殼平均含量為高,而鍺、鈹和鉍的含量在煤灰內分佈差距極大。
- 英文摘要: A complete study of the minor and trace elements distribution of seventeen Miocene coalsfrom four coal-bearing formations of the Keelung-Taipei region is made. From the resultsof chemical and X-ray analyses of the investigated coal ashes, the most possible mineralmatter in the coals are hydrated aluminosilicates, quartz, carbonates and iron disulfides.Most trace elements are studied by emission spectrography whereas uranium, molybdenum,titanium and manganese are determined with wet colorimetric method by using the coalashes as analytical sample. Chlorine is studied with gravimetric determination by using thewhole coal as sample. Among them, titanium, boron, manganese, barium, chlorine togetherwith organic sulfur and phosphorus are good pathfinder elements for differentiating coal-bearing formations. Furthermore, boron is greatly enriched in the investigated coal ashes incomparison with that of average crustal abundance while germanium, beryllium and bismuthare randomly distributed.
