SADEH (succinic acid, 2,2-diethylhydrazide; UniRoyal)是一種新發展的植物生長
緩延劑(plant growth retardant)。本試驗以水稻幼苗為材料,以不同濃度之SADEH處理
後,分別觀察該生長緩延劑對水稻生長的效應(影響株高、鮮重、乾重、蛋白質含量等)、影響
水稻體內生長激素的含量〔徒長素(gibberellin)、??乙酸(indole-3-acetic acid)〕和過
氧化?(peroxidase)活性之變動;並探討SADEH的作用機制。
生長一週之水稻幼苗以3,000-5,000 ppm SADEH 面施藥後,植株呈明顯的矮化
(緩延生長),稻苗莖軸的鮮重和乾重均隨著處理濃度的增高有顯著的減輕,可溶性蛋白質的含量
卻因而增加。稻苗經5,000 ppm SADEH處理後,其緩延生長可因施用100 ppm徒長素而
抵消,但施以300 ppm ??乙酸仍未能達到抵消的效果。SADEH可誘導水稻體內生長激素
代謝之變動,減低徒長素含量和過氧化?活性;增加??乙酸含量。由研究結果推論,SADEH
對水稻的緩延生長作用,可能與植株內在徒長素之生物合成受阻有關。o - 英文摘要: A new plant growth retardant su-ccinic acid, 2,2-diethylhydrazide(SAD-EH, UniRoyal) is an analogue of B995.Its regulating effects on the growthand hormone, levels in rice seedlingswere studied. Rice seedlings treatedwith 3,000-5,000 ppm SADEH showedobvious dwarfing growth. Fresh weightand dry weight of the treated plantswere lower than the untreated plants,while the content of protein was higher.The growth inhibitiot: caused by thetreatment of 5,000 ppm SADEH couldbe reversed by the exogenous applica-tion of 100 ppm gibberellin(GA ), butnot by up, to 300 ppm indole-3-acetioacid. SADEH at concentrations c-3,000-5,000 ppm lowered the levels c-gibberellin and activities of peroxid-asein plants, but increased the amountof indole-3-acetic acid in rice seedling.
