- 中文摘要: 本研究已證明本省亞麻栽培地區有鐮刀菌萎凋病抑病土壤之存在。「抑病土壤」內Fusariumoxysporum f.SP,lini 菌體增加速度緩慢,厚膜胞子發芽率低,發芽管短,而且發現有溶菌現象;細菌聚集在發芽管和厚膜胞子周圍。這些細菌是否導致溶菌原因,有待繼續研究。 各種不同處女土中,砂岩(砂土)屬於「導病土壤」,紅黏土屬於「中問型」或「中等抑病土壤」,泥岩(黏土)最俱「抑病」特性。處女土混入玉米粉後細菌活動增加,顯示對亞麻萎凋病有生物防治效果。 水稻根組織內發現有F. oxysporum f. sp. lini存在。稻根組織亦可供為該病原菌之接種源。此結果顯示F. oxysporum f.sp. lini可侵入稻根。吾人雖可確定水稻對該病原菌繁衍生存有利,但被該病原菌侵染後之水稻對生育和產量是否有不良影響,尚需研究。
- 英文摘要: It has been proved that there are twodifferent kinds of soils in flax fields; oneis wilt-conducive and the other is wilt-suppressive. Fusarium oxysporum f. sp.lini multiplies rapidly, and its chlamydos-pores germinate normally in the wilt-conduc-ive soil. On the other hand, the pathogenmultiplies slowly, and its chlamydosporesare rather difficult to germinate, and evenif they germinate the germ tubes are shortand always surrounded with bacteria result-ing the lysis of germ tubes in the wilt-suppressive soil. Among various virgin soils tested, sand(sand-stone as parent material) is ratherwilt-conducive, red clay is intermediate ormoderately wilt-suppressive, clay (shale asparent materia) is strongly wilt-suppres-sive. Virgin soil mixed with cornmeal in-creases bacteria activities resulting thesuppression of fusarial wilt. It has also been proved that rice rootsfrom wilt-diseased flax field harhors theflax-wilt pathogen, F. oxysporum f. sp.lini. Therefore, rice root serves not onlyas the primary inoculum to flax on thecoming growing season but also as a placefor survival. Although it is certain thatF, oxysporum f. sp. lini can penetrateinto rice root, its effects on rice growthand yield are unknown.
