- 英文摘要: Over 400 samples of locally-consumed peanut and peanut products, including peanut butter, peanut cake, fried peanut, roast peanut and peanut oil, were analysed for the presence of aflatoxins by high pressure liquid chromatography. The incidence of aflatoxin contamination in the examined samples was 23.4%. Aflatoxin B1 was found in all the positive samples.
