- 中文摘要: 鋯-2.5%鈮合金管的主要用途,係作為核子反應器中鈾燃料的套鞘材料。其在使用中發生的氫脆化現象,一般認為是含氫量較低之氫化物了γ或 相析出所致。 本文係研究鋯-鈮合金在氫氣含量700 ppm以下時,不同的冷卻速率及氫氣含量對析出物的種類、相對析出量及分佈形態的影響。實驗以穿透式電子顯微鏡的金相及繞射圖分析,配合光學金相的巨視觀察,以期做出結論。 實驗結果顯示,較高的冷卻速率及較低的氫氣含量有利於γ相的析出,並在晶粒內做均勻的分佈。爐溫冷卻(0.05℃/sec)時,則不論氫氣含量高低,析出物均為 相。
- 英文摘要: Zr-2.5%Nb alloy tubes have been ex-tensively used as fuel cladding materials innuclear reactors. The embrittlement of thealloy tubes resulting from a long period ofusage has been usually attributed to the pre-cipitation of - or γ-hydride. In the present work it was aimed toelucidate the combined effects of hydrogencontent and cooling rate on the type, morpho-logy and distribution of -and γ-hydrides atvarious hydrogen concentrations below 700 ppm.The experimental results obtained from theoptical and electron microscopic observationsindicated that γ-hydride was favored by lowhydrogen concentration and fast cooling rate,while for the furnace cooling rate (0.05℃/sec)the hydride precipitates consisted mainly of theface-centered cubic -phase.
