- 中文摘要: 本計畫研究不同侵蝕液對塑膠電鍍性能之影響。鍍層吸著力以熱循環試驗法測定之。被侵蝕之ABS表面則以掃描式電子顯微鏡(SEM)觀察其粗糙度。 結果顯示鍍層黏著力與侵蝕後孔穴之密度、大小分佈有重大關係。最理想之孔穴大小需在0.3×10 到2×10 cm之間。鉻、硫酸混合液以 (方程式無法摘錄) ∕ (方程式無法摘錄) 重量比在0.4到0.6之間為最有效之侵蝕液。
- 英文摘要: The effects of etching process on theadhesion of the metal to ABS plastic surfacewas investigated in different etching solutions.The adhesion force was tested by thermal cycletest and the etched surface was studied withthe aid of scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results show that after etching, thenumber of cavities per unit surface area, thedistribution of cavity sizes are essential factorscontrolling the adhesion force. The suitablesize of cavities was found in the range of 0.3×10 cm to 2.0×10 cm. Cromic-surfuric acidhaving a (方程式無法摘錄) / (方程式無法摘錄) weight ratio of 0.4-0.6was the most effective etching solution for ABSmaterial.
