自動化儀器校驗與元件測試系統之設計

本文乃利用微電腦控制系統及可程式儀表介面(IEEE-488)的優點,建立一軟體化的基本自動化儀器校驗與元件測試系統,以取代目前傳統的測試方式。 本文中完成一可用以校驗數字電表、數字頻率計、信號產生器等的自動化校驗系統與被動元件之基本測試系統。在儀器測試方面,吾人已建立十數種常用上列儀器的校驗程式(Utility Routine),其中測試的參數含交直流電壓、電流、歐姆準確度、頻率準確度、輸出準位、頻率響應、頻率穩定度及靈敏度等特性。就儀器的校驗而言,其工作效率可提高至原有的四倍以上。在元件測試方面,它可用於生產線上的生產元件做多站的模擬測試,況且,可用於元件的特性分析用途,如電阻、電容的頻率特性、阻抗頻率特性等。

With the inherent advantages of a computer controlled system and the advent of programmableinstrumentation based on the IEEE-488, we use a software-based instead of a conventional method toestablish an Automatic Test and Measuring System (ATS) for the present day instrument calibration andcomponent testing purposes. In this paper, an automatic instrument calibration system capable of calibrating digital multimeters,frequency counters, signal generators, and an automatic passive component test and measuring system havebeen built. In instrument calibration, more than ten various instrument calibration utility programs ofdigital multimeters, frequency counters, and signal generators have been developed. Parameters beingtested cover DC voltage/current, AC voltage/current, resistance, output level, distortion, frequency ac-curacy, frequency response, stability and sensitivity. This system shows typically a 4 to 1 time saving forone unit calibration. In component test and measuring, a simulation of multi-station testing system ofcomponents for production line usage has been developed.
