• 中文摘要： 近年由於全球氣候變遷，台灣地區乾旱及豪雨頻繁，且降雨有集中趨勢，對於水庫集水區之衝擊與影響，將比以往更為劇烈。同時，台灣地處菲律賓與歐亞板塊的交界帶，各水庫集水區地形及地質結構原本不佳，歷經921 地震後，其地質構造更加鬆動及脆弱，遇雨成災之情形更為頻，在水資源日益短缺的時代，如何有效改善現況並朝向永繽經營的目標邁進實為當前重要的課題，本文擬就國內目前水庫蓄水範圍及保護帶保育作概略介紹，以期一般人對水庫集水區保育工作有更深入的了解與認識，並期作為未來其他相關研究之參考依據。
