為瞭解汞在土壤中的動態及土壤汞之可能消除法,乃採三年連續之研究方式進行實驗,本篇
報告係第一年試驗結果,著重於試驗方法之確定,汞化物在土壤之移動,以及汞化物對作物生長
之影響等。茲將結果分述如下:
1. 土壤樣品採集地共七處,除彰化樣品為壤土外,南投和嘉義之土壤樣品均為砂質壤土。
2. 利用土壤樣品中添加放射性汞化物來比較三種濕式分解法,以汞之回收率及操作程序為
依據,則 Dow Chemical Co. 之用王水分解的方法較為簡便。
3. 汞化物在土壤中的移動性以土壤薄層色析法測定時,在高嶺土及土壤樣品中均有吸著和
移動的現象。汞化物在土壤中的移動主要受土壤陽離子交換量,有機物和黏土含量之影響,惟硝
酸汞之移動深受土壤 pH 值左右,pH 值低時其移動性增大。
4. 利用放射性同位素追?技術證實洋菇菌絲和子實體均確能吸收有機性或無機性汞化物。
菌絲一旦吸收汞化物之後即難水洗溶出,而汞化物可經由堆肥及覆土進入子實體且遍布全面,而
以菌褶及菇柄基部聚集較多。
5. 二十六種作物種子對於汞化物水溶液之反應,以其生長率及發芽率比較時,可能利用於
「生物檢定法」而測定 ppb 量級的,為白菜類和刈菜類種子。c - 英文摘要: 1. Three methods of wet process digestion for soil samples were compared by adding known amounts of radioactive mercury compound. The Dow Chemical Co. method of digesting soil with aqua- regia was applied in this experiment after comparisons of the Hg recovery and the digestion processes.2. The mobility of mercury compounds in Soils were evaluated by the comparison of Rf values on soil TLC. The autora- diograms showed the movement of mer- cury also involved the effect of soil adsorption. The mobility was affected by soil CEC, organic matter and clay content. Meanwhile, the movement of Hg was greatly increased by low value of soil pH.3. The isotope tracer technique showed the mushroom mycelium and fruiting body were definitely able to absorb mercury compounds. The absorbed mercury in mushroom mycelium was insoluble in wa- ter by washing, while the mercury in fruiting body, either absorbed from com- post or casing soil, was thoroughly dis- tributed. Only the gill and the base of the stem showed higher accumulation of mercury.4. The percentage growth of control and the germination rate in aqueous solution of mercury compounds indicated some strains of cabbage seed seemed to be able to be used as index plants of bioassay for detecting ppb level of mercury.
