- 中文摘要: 在隨機相位近似之下,以電漿子色散關係為基礎,本文已計算出以包含CuO2面及CuO鏈之簡化YBa2Cu3O7系統各種電漿子模式的狀態密度,特性頻率<ω>及配對參數λ;並予以討論。根據這些特性頻率及由電漿子媒介之高臨界溫度的電子配對數據,高溫超導的主要貢獻應來自CuO2面而不是CuO鏈。但因鏈電漿子能夠在費米面作電子配對的媒介,它們對於達成超導可能是很有助益的。
- 英文摘要: Based on the plasmon dispersion relations within RPA, the density of states of various plasmon modes, thecharacteristic frequencies,<ω>, and pairing parameter,λ, of a simplified YBa2Cu3O7 system consisting of CuO2planes and CuO chains have been worked out and discussed. According to the characteristic frequencies, wherehigh Tc electron pairing is mediated by plasmons, the main contribution should come from the CuO2 planes, notfrom chains. However, the chain plasmons could mediate the electron pairing near the Fermi surface, and thusmay be useful for achieving superconductivity.
