• 中文摘要： 本文以實驗方式探討模糊滑動模式控制方法在氣壓伺服系統之應用，這種控制方法係結合滑動模式控制和模糊控制兩種原理而成的，並適用於非線性系統的回饋控制。文中建立一套氣壓伺服實驗系統來實施此控制方法。實驗結果顯示，此控制方法易由微電腦來實施之。並且是一種簡便的方法，用來達成非線性伺服系統的高性能控制。
• 英文摘要： This paper provides an experimental study of the fuzzy sliding mode control (FSMC) method in apneumatic servo system. The control method, based on a combination of the principles of sliding modecontrol and fuzzy control, is applicable to feedback control of nonlinear systems. An experimental pneu-matic servo system has been built to implement the control method. The results of this study demonstratethat the FSMC method is easy to implement by a microprocessor and verify that the method provides asimple way to achieve high-performance control of nonlinear servo systems.
