- 英文摘要: The infrastructure of a fiber-resin ply in laminate processing by autoclave/vacuum bag forming was studied. The consolidation of unidirectional fibers as well as corresponding resin flow were simulated numerically. A system of undulating channels was used to describe the unidirectional fiber arrays which do not have regular geometric arrangement. The forces acting on the fibers were discriminated into a shear force due to resin flow and a hydrodynamic squeezing force caused by fiber compactness. Continuously varying structure of the fiber bed as monitored. Effects of the initial structure of the ply and controlled temperature ramping are also reported.
